We are staying away from starchy veggies for a while. In Jamaica, we usually put potatoes to thicken and stretch our curry.. but you see the bits... so very tasty because they soak up the flavours of the dish!

@InaFryingPan...
It turns out that foods that have high cholesterol are fine. Those are affected by sugars and refined carbs or starchy foods.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-528258323272575871.post-51501914777411093542011-06-01T19:23:36.168+04:002011-06-01T19:23:36.168+04:00http://www.buzzle.com/articles/prawns-calories-in-...http://www.buzzle.com/articles/prawns-calories-in-prawns.html
check this link Arva...i thought so too, but apaprently they have the good cholestrol! its so low in cals!!ME!https://www.blogger.com/profile/17076566286056371347noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-528258323272575871.post-34511759118801360402011-06-01T17:12:19.482+04:002011-06-01T17:12:19.482+04:00Thanks Dina..am glad u and zain liked it..God Bles...Thanks Dina..am glad u and zain liked it..God Bless u all!Jyoti Mhatrenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-528258323272575871.post-29881506528584973382011-06-01T12:42:41.804+04:002011-06-01T12:42:41.804+04:00Hmm Let me try this... but looks yummy..Hmm Let me try this... but looks yummy..Priyahttp://facebook.com/Priyasingh14noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-528258323272575871.post-11754386254880962302011-06-01T12:40:48.501+04:002011-06-01T12:40:48.501+04:00Ahhh, nothing like the flavor of til with prawns. ...Ahhh, nothing like the flavor of til with prawns.
